By accessing or playing Astrio ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Astrio is a free-to-play multiplayer browser game. We provide the game, associated websites, tournament brackets, replay viewer, and related services (collectively, "the Service"). The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time without notice.
You may optionally log in using Discord OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic Discord profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised Discord credentials.

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or restrict access to any player or IP address at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or its community.
All game assets, code, design, and content are the property of Astrio and its creators. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission. User-generated content (nicknames, replays) remains the property of the respective users, but you grant us a license to display and store it as part of the Service.
Tournament brackets are managed by community managers and administrators. We are not responsible for prize distribution, scheduling disputes, or tournament outcomes managed by third-party organizers. Official tournaments are subject to additional rules posted at the time of the event.
The Game may display advertisements through Google AdSense and other ad networks. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads will be shown during gameplay. Ad blockers may interfere with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content or information provided through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the game or our Discord server.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you have concerns, please contact us on Discord before pursuing any formal action.
